Our cross-functional leadership committee helps ensure that all threads of the D&I plan are executed as designed and the right roles are held accountable for respective outcomes. Comprising of senior leaders who are passionate about the D&I Agenda and work to strengthen D&I initiatives, this committee monitors execution and implementation across the organization, alongside encouraging and driving greater participation for D&I plans.
Currently, a 13-member council is being chaired by our CHRO and co-chaired by SVP-HR.
