At ReNew, we integrate waste minimisation, efficient material reuse, and resource efficiency into our operations, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations while driving operational excellence.

Our target: :Achieve zero solid waste to landfill by 2030.

Our commitment to sustainability is deeply rooted in our waste management practices, essential for enhancing environmental performance across our renewable energy projects. We prioritise waste minimisation and efficient material reuse to promote resource efficiency. This approach ensures compliance with regulations and drives operational excellence. We maintain Waste Management Standards and Guidelines at corporate level, complemented by site-specific Waste Management Procedures for each Operations & Maintenance site and project. ReNew strictly aims to prevent solid waste from ending in landfills.

All our waste is diverted away from the landfill and is either recycled or reused by responsibly transferring it to government authorised handlers or certified external agencies
