In light of the same, ReNew has a flagship G.O.L.D (GigaWatts of Learning per Day) program for the Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) & Diploma Engineer Trainees (DETs). With this program, the Academy is catering to a very critical entry point of our talent pipeline. The 21 days induction and training program is ReNew’s flagship program designed to provide a comprehensive onboarding experience to the young graduates. Through extensive sessions with the leaders and interactive learning modules, the program provides the new campus hires a space to adapt to ReNew’s culture, understand the company, and get acquainted with their future colleagues before they join their teams at their respective ReNew sites and offices. This is followed by a year-long learning journey crafted to impart a mix of Technical, Behavioral and Functional capabilities.
